I’m Darren Dublin, a recording artist and record label owner who found my way into the pet industry because of my love for my own pets. I’ve always wanted to create an affordable option for pet owners while crafting a fun, loving atmosphere for both pets and their humans. Hip-hop has always been a big part of my life—it’s a culture that influences everything, from how we dress to our style and lingo. My goal with Bark Wit Ya Dog is to infuse this vibrant urban trend into the pet supply industry, making it as dynamic and exciting as the music I love.

The idea for Bark Wit Ya Dog first came to me in 2018, initially as a small brick-and-mortar store. But after seeing how the pandemic affected businesses and noticing that pet supply stores remained essential, I realized there was a bigger opportunity. I had a storefront from a previous business, so in 2022, I decided to pivot and turn that space into a pet supply store that reflects my passion for both hip-hop and animals.
